5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) by sending us a written notice that includes:

  1. Your name, address, and phone number.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the district where you reside (or for California, if outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.


6. Repeat Infringer Policy

EverHint reserves the right to terminate access or block users who repeatedly post or upload content that infringes upon the copyrights of others.
We may also take steps to prevent repeat violations from specific IP addresses or accounts.
