EverHint - Signal — EMA10 × EMA30 Crossover (Experimental) - November 10, 2025

November 10, 2025

What this signal is (quick)

We’re testing a fast momentum crossover: the 10-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA10) moving above or below the 30-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA30).

  • EMA10 > EMA30 → “Buy” — short-term momentum overtakes the 1-month trend (early bullish inflection).
  • EMA10 < EMA30 → “Sell” — short-term momentum slips under the 1-month trend (early warning of weakness).

Because EMAs react faster than SMAs, this setup can catch early trend changes—but it’s also prone to whipsaws in sideways markets.

Today’s signals use end-of-day data for November 10, 2025, and this scanner remains experimental while we refine performance tracking.

How we ranked today (reader version)

  • Trend posture: fresh EMA10/EMA30 cross on the daily close.
  • Overlays: 90-day insider net flows (open-market buys – sells), days → next earnings, and a recent analyst-estimate snapshot.
  • Headlines: most recent corporate news to confirm or challenge the move.
Signals are for educational use and back-testing only. We’ll keep tuning the weights as live data accrues.

Field notes
Down-cross = caution flag — indicates short-term momentum rolling over.
Sector clustering may reveal rotations (e.g., Technology crowds the sell list).
Check RSI > 50 continuation on buys or < 40 persistence on sells before acting.

Vlad’s Take (EverHint)

  • Rotation snapshot: Financials lead the up-cross cohort (4 of the top 12), while Technology crowds the down-cross list (4 of 11). Energy shows up on both sides, consistent with mixed commodity tape.
  • Tactics for fast crossovers:
    • Consider tiered entries/exits (add after 2–3 daily closes confirming the cross).
    • Trim into RSI > 70 surges; consider covers or partial buys near RSI < 30 washes.
    • Use ATR-aware stops around prior swing levels rather than the EMAs themselves.
